Her technical savvy was acquired in 1980 when she started out as Programmer
Analyst with Blue Cross Blue Shield. In 1984, she joined a Wall Street Executive
Search Firm specializing in Satellite, Microwave and Cellular industries and
became a Technical Recruiter. She excelled through the ranks of the firm and
became Vice President and Partner. Moving on to Internet driven markets, she
founded AUX Technology, Inc. independently in 1990. Andrea is known for her
keen knowledge of the industry and her ability to identify quickly skilled
candidates who have the right chemistry. This ability, coupled with her down-to-
earth style and integrity, has earned her the respect and trust of her clients
throughout the years.
Andrea holds a degree from Queens College and has taught numerous sales
courses for the Dale Carnegie Institute. She is also one of the few Certified
Personnel Consultants in New Jersey.
